|Mid-Iowa Driving Association is made up of a group of people who love to drive their horses, ponies, minis and mules for fun and recreation. We meet once a month for a pleasure drives and picnics through out the months that allow us to enjoy the Iowa weather! We welcome guests and appreciate outriders on horseback to come along with us.|
Mid-IowaDriving Association members Theresa Burns and Harley Weyer will be conducting a Introduction to Driving Clinic at Jester Park on Jan 24, 2015 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. If you know of folks who are interested in starting to drive this would be a great opportunity for them.

Mid-Iowa Driving Association will hold a driving clinic for drivers and their horses for $100. Auditting is available for $35 per family. Lunch will be provided on grounds for a donation. The clinic will be held at Helmuth Equine Center in Nevada, Iowa. 2301 5th Street, Nevada, Iowa 50201-1042 www.helmuthequine.com and will be conducted by Ray Helmuth. The next board meeting of 2015 will be held at Nick and Toni Burnett's home south of State Center on Saturday Feb. 21, 2015 at 10:00am. Board meetings are open to the membership and you are welcome to attend, but please let Nick and Toni know if you are coming.
